The System

Water treatment, on the water you already have

One unit, installed inline. No chemicals to add, no filters to change, no daily routine.

What it is

One unit, on the plumbing you already have

Agrilogix is an advanced water treatment unit that goes inline on your existing water system. No power, no chemicals, no filters, and no moving parts. Producers running one tell us their waterers stay cleaner and they use less chemical.

Agrilogix brings it to the farm as one practical unit that fits the plumbing you have today.

Fits: dairies, feedlots, cow-calf, poultry, swine, greenhouses, sprayer and irrigation water. Backed by: a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
In plain terms

Nothing added, nothing to replace.

Water runs through the unit and on down your line. Nothing is added and nothing has to be replaced. Producers report waterers that stay clear of algae and biofilm.

Who makes it

Built by a farm family, engineered in the family

Agrilogix is Tim Bowers, a dairyman by background, Kristy Rothe, an ag teacher, and Kristy's two brothers, the engineers who designed the unit and build every one. We started with a European unit, redesigned it for American farms, and have a patent pending on the result.

We sell through dealers across the Midwest and the West, and direct where there's no dealer nearby. Installation takes one to two hours, and most producers do it themselves.

What changes

Four things producers notice first

Waterers

Algae and biofilm gone

Producers report troughs and waterers that stay clean, with less scrubbing and no peroxide.

Chemical

Less, often none

Producers report cutting hydrogen peroxide entirely and reducing dairy chemicals.

Sulfur

Taste and smell gone

Producers on sulfur water report the taste and smell gone without hydrogen peroxide.

Upkeep

Nothing to change

No filters, no chemicals, no moving parts, and no scheduled maintenance.

How it goes in

Three steps from first call to clean water

01

We look at your water

A conversation about your operation, your water source, and what you're fighting: algae, sulfur, scale, chemical cost.

02

The unit goes inline

It goes on the pressure side, after the pressure tank, on the plumbing you already have. Most installs take one to two hours.

03

You watch the waterers

Clean troughs are the first thing producers see. They tell us intake and chemical use change over the weeks after.

The specs

Three sizes, matched to your flow

Pick the unit by how much water moves through the line. Every model goes inline on the pressure side, after the pressure tank if you have one.

Common questions

Straight answers

If your question isn't here, call. We'd rather talk it through than have you guess.

Ask a question

Is it difficult to install?

No. Most installs take one to two hours, and most producers do it themselves. It goes on the pressure side of your water system, after the pressure tank.

Do the systems require ongoing maintenance?

No scheduled maintenance. Check the fittings now and then, and keep the unit from freezing. If it sits where it can freeze, unhook the inlet and outlet and pull the two drain screws on the base plate to drain it for the winter.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every system carries a three-year manufacturer's warranty for the original owner.

Which operations is it for?

Dairy, beef and feedlots, cow-calf, poultry, swine, and crop operations that run sprayer or irrigation water. If it runs on water, it's a candidate.

Can I talk to someone who runs one?

Yes. We'll personally connect you with a producer currently using an Agrilogix system so you can hear it farm to farm.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is the same through every dealer. Ask your dealer for a quote, or contact us if there is no dealer in your area.
